Maia Chinassa Campbell, the daughter of the late celebrated author Bebe Moore Campbell, was born in Takoma Park, Maryland.

Her father is Tiko Campbell an architect and author from Washington, DC. She moved to Los Angeles, California with her family at the age of seven.

Growing up, she spent many summers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania studying voice and starring in productions at the Freedom Theatre.

She also studied theatre at the Marla Gibbs' Crossroads Theatre in Los Angeles, and at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia for one year before working on the sitcom In the House.

Not sure where she is now.Was one of Shaq's women back in the day and she stated in a article that she was the best on the west coast giving The Presidental..Also said Shaq bought her a big screen tv..




During his teen years, Lawrence excelled at boxing.While living in Maryland, he attended Thomas G. Pullen School of Creative and Performing Arts (Landover, Maryland),Eleanor Roosevelt High School[1] and also Friendly High School in Fort Washington, Maryland, becoming a Mid-Atlantic Golden Gloves boxing contender.

During August 1999, Lawrence went into a three-day coma after collapsing from heat exhaustion while jogging in 100-degree heat with several layers of heavy clothing.[1] He recovered in the hospital from near death and running a body temperature of a seemingly impossible 107 °F (41.7 °C), his breathing assisted by a respirator.

He married Patricia Southall, a former Miss Virginia winner in January of 1995. They divorced in September 1997. Lawrence has a daughter with Patricia named Jasmine Page, born on January 15, 1996.

Following her divorce from Lawrence, she later married football star Emmitt Smith on April 22, 2000.I ain't saying shea gold digger but she aint messing with no broke....
